The Government announced on national television that we are allowed to start face to face appointments again from the 8th June 2020.

We appreciate everyone will want to make their next appointment but to avoid the reception staff being overrun and patients being frustrated by long telephone wait times there will be a new message explaining we will contact you with your appointment. At this early stage priority will be for the patients who unfortunately had problems during the lock down, after this then patients will be rebooked in the order they were before the lockdown to be fair to all. Some appointment times will need to be changed as certain procedures will need to be done at the end of the day.

You can still email us directly on and we will respond as soon as we can, but please be patient.

Infection control has always been a top priority in all orthodontic practices. Our practice follows stringent standards of infection control so that when you receive care, it is both safe and comfortable. We are now focusing on new practice protocols in order to operate a safe and efficient orthodontic practice for all our patients, our staff and our wider community during the COVID-19 crisis.

You will note some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We are making these changes and revising our protocols to help protect you, our patients, and our team. The following video will give you some idea of what will happen

For dental problems which we are unable to manage, you will need to attend your regular dentist.

We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we are implementing to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice.
